Live Photo to MP4
Turn a Live Photo into a normal MP4 on this device. Drop the .mov, the .livp, or the HEIC and MOV together.
Boomerang plays forward then back. Loop plays the clip twice in the file.
How to convert a Live Photo to MP4
- Export the Live Photo video, or bring the .livp (or the HEIC and MOV pair) to this computer.
- Drop it in the zone. Choose boomerang or loop if you want them.
- Download the MP4. Your original stays where it was.
FAQ
Do you upload my Live Photo?
No. Decoding and encoding run on your device. The optional HEVC fallback is a converter downloaded from this same site, not an upload of your video.
What file do I get?
An H.264 MP4 that plays in browsers, Windows, and most editors. Boomerang writes the clip forward then backward. Loop writes it twice.
What can I drop in?
A .mov, an Apple .livp package, or the HEIC still and MOV together. The video track is converted. The still is ignored.
What if my browser cannot play HEVC?
Chrome on Windows and Linux often cannot decode iPhone HEVC. PixQuiet then loads a single-thread converter in a worker and encodes H.264 locally. Safari 17 and newer usually decode HEVC directly and skip that download.
